PERSONAL TRAINING

This is our fully individualized, all inclusive coaching package. You will go through an extensive initial consultation consisting of going over health history, finding what has been holding you back, goals, a fitness assessment and more. Your trainer will create a personalized plan for you moving forward to help you get past your barriers to become the strongest, healthiest, happiest version of you. You will have full access to your coach throughout the week and your sessions will always be 1 on 1. Nutrition coaching is also included in your personal training package. You are expected to be extremely committed to this program, as your trainer will be extremely committed to helping you reach your goals.

Small Group Training

​Our Small Group isn’t your average “group fitness.” In fact, it’s quite the opposite. Think of it as personal training—just in a small group setting (we max all sessions out at 9 people). Every session is tailored to you—your goals, your injuries and your preferences.

 

We follow a strength & conditioning program built on progressive overload, hitting all the major movement patterns each day—without ever forcing you into a box that doesn’t fit.

 

We’re bridging the gap between group fitness and personal training—and the results speak for themselves.

This is a 2x or 3x per week program focused on building strength and endurance while also working on mobility, speed and power.

Mondays & Wednesdays: 6AM, 5PM, 6:15PM
Tuesdays & Thursdays: 6AM, 5:15PM, 6:30PM

Nutrition Coaching

Our Nutrition Coaching program is designed exclusively for current training clients as an add-on to their fitness package. We work 1-on-1 with you to create a personalized nutrition plan that aligns with your goals, lifestyle, and preferences—because there’s no one-size-fits-all approach when it comes to fueling your body.

 

This isn’t a “quick fix” or short-term challenge. Our goal is to help you build sustainable habits that support your training, recovery, and long-term health. Whether you’re looking to improve performance, change body composition, or simply feel your best, we’ll guide you every step of the way with education, accountability, and a plan that actually fits your life.
