The coaches of RockeyFit who are deeply invested in helping you achieve all of your health and fitness goals:

Owner, Personal Trainer
Nicole Rockey
Welcome! I’m Nicole Rockey, owner of RockeyFit Elite Training Facility. RockeyFit was built from a lifelong passion for movement, performance, and helping others become stronger, more confident versions of themselves. From an early background in athletics to years of hands-on coaching experience, that passion has grown into a results-driven training facility that has helped hundreds of clients transform their health, strength, and mindset. What started as a small personal training business has evolved into RockeyFit Elite Training Facility—a coaching environment focused on delivering real, lasting results. We specialize in helping busy adults build strength, improve their energy, and create sustainable habits through structured training and personalized nutrition guidance. Our approach blends progressive strength training, individualized programming, and accountability with a strong emphasis on education. We don’t believe in quick fixes—we focus on long-term success, meeting each client where they are and guiding them every step of the way. Along the way, I’ve had the opportunity to work with a wide range of individuals—from everyday adults to collegiate and professional athletes, including Canisius Men’s Hockey, the Buffalo Bandits, and the Buffalo Beauts. Those experiences have shaped the high standard of coaching we bring to every client at RockeyFit. Like many of our clients, I’ve faced my own challenges. Overcoming chronic pain and injury deepened my understanding of what it truly means to train for longevity—not just aesthetics. That perspective is now a core part of our philosophy: helping people move well, stay healthy, and build strength that lasts for life. At RockeyFit, we believe fitness should enhance your life, not take it over. Our goal is to provide the structure, support, and coaching you need to feel stronger, healthier, and more confident—both inside and outside the gym. Personal Trainer
Martha Seifert
Martha started her fitness journey just like anyone else - constantly wondering if she was doing the right exercises and what she looked like to everyone else while doing them. She was more focused on her anxiety than the actual workout. The biggest barrier for Martha was not knowing what to do once she finally made it to the gym. With all the machines, the noises, and the people, it just felt overwhelming. It wasn’t until Martha began working out with a certified personal trainer that she really started to see results. With knowledge came confidence. It wasn’t easy, but she was lucky to have a strong personal trainer to guide her and show her the way. Now, Martha’s goal is to help those who feel the same way she once did. When Martha thinks about her “why,” she thinks of those who lifted her up when she felt low. She remembers how she felt years ago, and she wants to help take that feeling away from others. Together, we can become the strongest versions of ourselves. No matter where someone is starting, Martha will meet them right where they are. Martha is one of our Personal Training and Small Group Training Coaches and she is so happy you're here and she can’t wait to work with you. Personal Trainer
Casey Fiebelkorn
Casey’s journey at RockeyFit began as a client looking for a way to reconnect with herself during the early days of motherhood. What started as a weekly hour of dedicated “me time” quickly became something more—a growing appreciation for the strength, confidence, and sense of community she found in the gym. As her passion for training grew, so did her desire to help others experience those same benefits. After spending more than 10 years in the corporate world, Casey made the leap to become a certified personal trainer and turn that passion into a career, trading computer screens and spreadsheets for barbells and kettlebells. Casey believes strength training is about more than building muscle. It’s about developing confidence, resilience, and a deeper trust in yourself. She believes progress comes from consistency, not perfection, and strives to create a supportive environment where clients feel challenged, encouraged, and empowered. Whether you're navigating a life transition, pursuing a new goal, or simply carving out time for yourself, Casey’s goal is to help you build strength that carries beyond the gym—whether that's through a new challenge, a busy season of life, or winning the ongoing battle against making two trips from the car.
